Logistics
The Annenberg Lecture Hall is in the Annenberg Center located near the north end of the Caltech campus (see detailed campus map). Parking structures closest to Annenberg Center are at 370 Holliston Ave. and 341 Wilson Ave., both have parking pass machines and daily ($6.00) or weekly ($18.00) parking passes can be purchased there. Attendees with JPL parking hangtags can park anywhere for free on the Caltech campus as long as the parking spot is not reserved (has someone's name) or is a carpool spot.
For lunches there are two Caltech dining locations close to the meeting room: Chandler Cafe and Red Door Cafe. The links provide menus and maps. Please note that these locations are cash only.
Social Dinner
There will be an informal social dinner on Wednesday June 17 on the Caltech Athenaeum lawn Rath Al Fresco. Please check the link to browse the menu and directions to the Athenaeum. There will be a SMAP table reserved for seating starting at 6:15pm. Ordering and payment must be through an Athenaeum member, so Eni Njoku will be on hand from 6:00pm to help place your orders (and take your cash or check!)
Hotels
There is no block of hotel rooms reserved. Local hotels in the Pasadena area providing government rates can be found in directions and maps (click on Map of the Pasadena Area).
